PERSONALISE WITH YOUR COMPANY LOGO
All our designs can have a logo inserted inside the cards
and many designs enable your own personalisation including
inserting
your logo on the front as well as the inside
in the card.

Charity Corporate Christmas Cards
A Charity Christmas Card or Calendar is a simple and effective
way of giving to someone less fortunate than yourself.
Simply choose a design and nominate the charity of your
choice (remember to quote the relevant code). For every
card and calendar you order, we will contribute 10p (incl.
VAT) to the charity.
The accreditation for the charity
of your choice will be printed inside your cards or on
your calendars in the position indicated in the same colour
as your greeting, unless you have chosen foil, then it
will be printed in black ink.

Our cards include a premium quality insert which will
be overprinted with your company or personal details as
required, giving a luxurious feel to your finished cards.

of customisation available, allowing you to include your
company logo, business portfolio or photographs as part
of the finished design.
Service
Our dedicated Customer Services team are on hand six days
a week to help you with any queries you might have regarding

Optional Extras
PERSONALISATION
Signatures can be printed for a small extra charge. Please
provide copy using a medium to heavy point black pen.
Please ensure the copy you supply is clear as otherwise
a production delay may occur. Please print details clearly,
underlining Capital Letters where required. Please note,
our house style is to print company names in capital letters
except when a script typeface is chosen.
ARTWORK
For an extra £24.00 we can incorporate artwork of
your choice. Don’t forget to indicate on the order
form the print position required.
BESPOKE IMAGES
Please supply your photograph (no negatives) or digital
artwork with a minimum resolution of 600dpi in one of
the following formats, jpg, pdf, tiff, bmp or eps (website
images are not suitable). We are able to process images
from 3.5" floppy disks, CDs, DVDs and 100Mb Zip disks.
We can also use good quality black on white artwork. Please
note, we can only reproduce images at the quality provided
and cannot return photographs. Proofs for your approval
will be provided (on the board type of your chosen card)
on all orders for bespoke cards at no extra cost. Please
allow an extra 5 working days for this service. Due to
the production processes involved orders for cards in
this section cannot be accepted after 25th November 2005.
For bespoke cards where your logo is printed on the front
of the card as part of the design there is no extra charge
unless stated otherwise.
DELIVERY OF YOUR CORPORATE CHRISTMAS CARDS
Unless specified otherwise, proofs and finished work will
be delivered to the customer. Please note a signature
is required on delivery.

The Help Group of Charities
For over 30 years Helpcards has been giving the entire
profits of sales of its cards to UK-based charities. Helpcards
is made up of 33 UK-based charities, many of which are
well known, but it also includes some smaller charities
that don’t get as much support as they deserve.
