Social Media (optional) and Pay per Click Adwords
Initial Process
• A detailed baseline traffic, search engine positioning and conversion analysis.
• Produce a Social Media Map detailing the targeted Social Media channels.
• Set goals and targets for the Web site visit and conversion rates.

Implementation
• Install Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics.
• Set up a targeted AdWords Campaigns and Ad Groups of up to 250 keyword phrases.
• Set up Social Media Channels.

Management, Reporting and Review
• Updating and amending AdWords Campaigns as required.
• Produce detailed Adwords history, traffic and conversions report.
• Assist in management of Social Media channels.
• Review and revise targets and goals an on-going basis.

Social Media
Set up and/or amend targeted Social Media channels.
Advise and assistance in ensuring content from the Web site is distributed or linked to targeted Social Media channels.
Advise on changes and assist in development within Social Media.

The Search Engine Marketing service will run for an initial period of three months from the time of implementation of the Keyword Phrase Map mentioned above.

Following the initial three month contract you will have the option to continue with a Quarterly Search Engine Management Service.

Quarterly Search Engine Management Service

Quarterly Search Engine Management Service includes:

Management and monitoring of search engine spidering activity.

Reporting of targets, goals and search engine visits on a monthly basis or more often if required.

Review and revise targets and goals on a regular basis.

The Cost

The cost of the initial three month contract will be £800.00 plus VAT payable on your acceptance of this proposal. The three month period will run from the time of the implementation of Plans detailed above and Keyword Map.

There will be an addition cost for clicks paid directly to Google Adwords by you. This amount has yet to be decided.

Following the initial three month contract you will have the option to continue with a quarterly search engine marketing service which will report monthly to you. The monthly report will include details of changes made to the site during the month. Further we will provide recommendations and advice for optimisation changes such as new or additional keyword phrases. This include advice as to any recent changes to the major search engine algorithm that may affect your site.

The quarterly contract is charged at £600 plus VAT per quarter in advance. As in the initial three month period there will be a cost of clicks paid directly by you to Google. Implementing proposed website updates after initial three month contract are charged at the standard hourly rate.

Search Engine Optimisation including Social Media (optional) and Pay per Click Adwords
Initial Process
• A detailed baseline traffic, search engine positioning and conversion analysis.
• A detailed Site Architecture Plan identifying all areas of the Web site for optimisation.
• Produce Keyword Analysis Plan and Map which will identify all pages for optimisation.
• Produce a Social Media Map detailing the targeted Social Media channels.
• Set goals and targets for the Web site visit and conversion rates.

Implementation
• Liaise with Web site Developers/designers on potential amendments within the Web site to improve search engine rankings.
• Implement all Meta tagging, <h> tags and text links as detailed on the Keyword Analysis Map.
• Assist in implementing content changes through to the Web site.
• Install Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics.
• Set up a targeted AdWords Campaigns and Ad Groups of up to 250 keyword phrases.
• Set up Social Media Channels.

Advise on changes and assist in development within Social Media.
