Samples

How long do samples take to arrive?
Sample requests received by 4pm will be sent out the same day. If you have not received your samples within 72hrs, please get back in touch.

How many samples can I order?
Due to postal restrictions, it is only possible to send you the first 4 requests on your list, if you do not find anything you like, you may order a fresh set of samples. To do this please empty your samples basket and start again.

Ordering

When should I order Christmas Cards?
We recommend you order your Christmas Cards at least two months before Christmas, preferably three for maximum discounts, however, the 13th December is the last possible date.

How long will it take to provide me with a proof?
Textual proofs are instantaneous and put together by you online, however, we quote 1-3 days guaranteed for logos or signatures, depending on the date of your order and complexity.

How many Christmas Cards should I order?
We recommend that you order a few spare Christmas Cards to allow for mistakes, to send to newly acquainted friends, colleagues or clients, or for mishaps when writing. If you need to order more Christmas Cards later, they will be charged as a new order, with a minimum quantity of 30.

What do I do once I have chosen my design?
You can either go back to your samples basket, then click on the design you require or straight to the product page directly. From there you will then be able to choose your options and personalise your card.

Will you just go ahead and print or will I see a proof first?
You will see a proof showing EXACTLY how your card will be printed and you will have ample opportunity to amend and reproof before we go to print.

Can I buy more than you have in stock?
Yes, if the card is shown on the website, it is in stock or fresh stock is available at all times.

Delivery

When will I get my order?
Dispatch date is 3-10 working days, dependent on design chosen.

Who will deliver my cards?
Our Standard delivery service (free) uses a designated courier, dependent on the design you order.

How much do you charge to deliver personalised Christmas cards within the UK?
Orders over £50 are delivered by courier, free of charge, otherwise, the charge is £15.00.

Do you send orders internationally?
Yes. All orders for delivery outside the UK are dispatched using our preferred international courier service for that country. International delivery times are dependent on the country but it typically adds 3 days to the delivery date.

Do you send orders to BFPO addresses?
Yes. Just enter your BFPO address and you will be able to choose your delivery method.

Can you send my cards for me?
Yes for a small fee, which is 20% plus vat plus postage, we can print labels or handwrite (25%), whichever is required. You just need to supply an excel database.

Personalisation

Can you print a special message with a logo and/or signatures?
Yes, on each product page you will see a drop-down menu marked ‘Inside Personalisation’, near where you select your quantity, you can choose from just a message, a message with black and white logo or a message with a colour logo.

What wording should I choose for my Christmas Cards?
We offer a selection of greetings to suit different corporate and personal styles. You may choose one of these standard greetings or write one of your own.

Will my chosen charity’s logo be printed inside the cards?
If the charity drop-down menu is available and you have selected a charity to benefit, the charities logo will be printed inside the cards on the left-hand side if your card is portrait or the top flap if it is landscape.

How much do the charities get?
If you choose to support a charity, they will receive your contribution of 10p for every card you order.

Can I have foreign text on my Christmas Cards?
We can print your Christmas Cards in any language other than English. Please provide the wording as a word document.

Can I include additional information with my Christmas Cards?
Often a company will wish to add extra information such as directions to the Christmas Party. We can print this information for you on separate note cards, in a variety of colours to complement your Christmas Cards.

What are printed envelopes?
Your Christmas Cards will come with envelopes as standard. For an additional charge, you may also choose to have your name and address printed on the flaps of other envelopes so that undelivered items will be returned to you. We can also offer a name printing service for orders of over 500 cards.

Will you take an order over the phone?
An order can be taken over the phone, but it may not be processed that day. Your order will be processed more quickly if you place and pay for it online.

Can I have a discount?
The more you buy, the more discount you will receive, you will find a tab near the description, on the product page which lists all the prices per unit and quantity.

Payment

Can I pay online and is it secure?
Payment can be made online using our secure payment service, which is provided by WorldPay. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Visa Debit and American Express. Pipedream only uses the latest, totally secure SSL servers which you can see by the ‘https’ in the URL; your transactions are totally secure and instant.

Paying by Phone or email link
If you don’t want to pay online, you can choose to supply your card details by telephone or upon request we can send an email link through for you to complete your payment.

Payment by BACS or cheque?
If you would like to pay by BACS, our Bank details are as follows:- Account Number: 36339229 Sort Code: 60-00-01 or you can pay by cheque, making them payable to ‘Pipedream Design’.

Can I pay by invoice?
If you would like to pay by invoice, you may do providing you have used us at least once before. You simply click on the ‘Invoice’ button within checkout.

Returns Policy

Can I return my order?
Un-personalised orders can be returned and a full refund is given if the cards are sent back to us and received in pristine condition within 7 days of the order date. If you have ordered personalised products, and you wish to cancel after you have approved your proof, regrettably you will be liable for the full value of your order if the personalisation process has started.

What if my order is wrong?
If your cards have been delivered and are not as you expected and we are at fault, we will reprint your order in the fastest time possible at no extra charge. If you realise you have made an error, we will endevour to offer you a further discount for your reprint.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click here to send yourself a password reminder or you can telephone us and we can do that on your behalf.
